Doctors Community Hospital Sleep Center

Been calling and finally reached Anna.4/12/2024. 11:35am. She preceded to give me directions to the clinic before I informed her that I had a referral and like to schedule an appointment. Anna took my information and asked me if I had Medicare? I answered yes and before I can give her my main insurance, Cigna, we became disconnected. I continue calling and leaving my contact information in voicemails but never received a returned call. Reached out to my PCP who instructed me to contact the Pulmonologist. His office also tried but had issues reaching the sleep clinic too. I continue calling all last week, yesterday and today. Left contact info but no answer. I called the referral pulmonologist today. I received voicemail and left a message to call me and give me a referral to another sleep study clinic.

I’ve left numerous messages to schedule sleep studies per the request of my new employer with no response. Every time I call, I’m forwarded to the voicemail box and my call/voicemail(s) has not been returned.

I was referred here for a sleep study back in November. I have been calling 2 or 3 times a week since then, they NEVER answer and you can leave as many voice-mails as you want because they won't be calling you back. I finally got through one time and they said they needed to contact my doctor again for my records. That was over a week ago and they are once again ignoring me. Very unprofessional and dissapointing.

I got a referral from my doctor and was told that I needed the doctor to fax over the notes and referral did that sent it over they never called or contacted us about it. Don’t even answer your calls when you call them you can leave as many messages as you want they will NEVER be returned go else where they might pick up!!!!!!

Left multiple messages for a call back after getting the phisician's referral . Never got a call back from these folks. Finally person who introduced herself as Amy picked up after my 6th or 7th time calling and leaving messages, Asked me to get a second referral as the initial referral has expired. Got a second referral. A week later no calls . Called them back today and come to find that my lab test request was denied and that i have to have an inhome test . No one called me to inform that either. Person who introduced herself as Amy directed me to the voice mail for respitory therapist named Don . Left the Voice mail and I am still waiting for a call back . Not sure how this center is still in Business .
