I don't know what happened with the people who gave negative reviews but I've been coming here for at least 6 years and everyone is always friendly. The longest I've ever sat in the wait room was maybe 20 minutes and once during Covid I waited in the exam room for about 40 minutes but it was just that one time. I see Dr. Sinha and he's always been courteous and helpful.

To be fair, when I finally met with the doctor after waiting almost an hour in the waiting room, he was kind and attentive. However, I first tried to schedule with them on April 14th 2025, and had to call a week later to actually make an appointment for June 3rd (they never called me back). And now I have to wait 6 weeks after my sleep study to have another appointment to hear the results. This will be a total of 4 months from the first call to getting the diagnosis. If their information is inconclusive in any way I will be going to another practice.

I mistakenly arrived for an appointment that had been rescheduled without being informed I was no longer on their schedule. Instead, I was seen by the doctor for just five minutes, despite knowing the visit didn’t meet the required time for the CPAP trial. I was then charged $125 for that visit and had to return a week later for my actual appointment, which they should have clarified from the beginning.

This place is pathetic. I have been calling the main number since last Thursday. Thursday the recording said closed because of a power outage. My doctor and appointment is in the Howell office not the Farmington Hills office. So I left a message. Friday nothing not a peep. So I called the office 10 times and one point I just put the phone down just to see how long I would be on hold. After 65 minutes I finally gave up. Called yesterday (Monday) the same thing. Today (Tuesday) the same thing. I even went on line and asked for someone to call me back so I could reschedule my appointment, nothing. So I’m giving up. Time to find someone new. And whatever you do, do not make an appointment in the Novi office. If your appointment is a 5 you might get in by 6:30. This place should be ashamed at how the treat there customers. They just don’t care…

They charge $50.00 No-Show Fees but They Don't verify the appointment back to the patient, before the appointment time. I missed my appointment because they didn't CARE to remind me. It's somewhat my fault for forgetting where I had to travel to but, They didn't meet me halfway and relay info back to me so that our business objectives could be met. It very much seems like they Don't want to provide care for their patients... I was recommended to see Dr. Organek but also disappointed that I couldn't get a followup verification on "the day of" at the least. I was trying to back-track where I had to go; these non-professionals wanted me to miss the appointment and attempted to scam me out of pocket for doing nothing. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. This is the only doctor I've come across that doesn't give out a timely reminder, so that the patient knows where to go, can cancel if they can't make it, and etc.
