Everything went well, super easy sleep study
This place is nothing but a SCAM. My PCP referred me here to take a sleep study. So at my appointment before I met the doctor, I was supposed to sign some documents and ask questions at the reception desk. I specifically asked them what will I be charged for. They checked my insurance and said that I would need a secondary appointment at a different place, after which I will only be charged for the visits to these two appointments. I read the documents carefully and no other charges were mentioned there as well. I then proceeded with the at-home sleep study, and returned the provided device the next day morning. Few days later, I get a $537.34 bill on top of the 2 visit bills, for the "use" of the device for less than 8 hours. I tried everything but they didn't accept their failure in conveying this information. McLaren did a review on this, and they still did not lift this charge but in the very least accepted that these people made some mistakes in conveying information. DO NOT GO TO THEM. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU ABSURD AMOUNTS FOR ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING. I would even say that you should question yourself if the PCPs that refer you here are worth being your PCP.
Took my son for a sleep study. Moosa greeted us with a smile and made my son and I feel very comfortable and welcomed. He explained everything that he was doing and gave us time to settle in. He was very patient with my son. He was very polite and caring the whole night. He even gave him a coloring book before we headed out the door. Thanks so much moosa.
I got referred here for a sleep study. The home sleep study wasn’t that bad but they never called me back about my results, I had to call THEM and now they’re referring me to somebody else instead of looking for solutions for me. This is probably the worst service I’ve received from Mclaren. Will never go back.
Went in over a year ago for a sleep study and was told that I needed a CPAP and asked if I accepted the treatment and I said yes and signed a document . I have not had any follow up since and never received any equipment. This is not how you do business. I had gotten a bill from them and called my insurance and was told how to handle the bill. I then said I had never received any equipment and was told that they would take care of it and not one piece of equipment or follow up phone calls. My experience during the sleep study was fine but after care is horrible.
