well I just spent Sat -Thur in Geneva hospital and I feel blessed to have a such caring Hospital in out community, I was on the sec floor The Nurses the Aides The doctors all attended my needs all such a wonderful team. caring polite funny Thank you again ! and the food was great no complaints here

Regarding outpatient procedure nurses: Super friendly and you can tell they love being there and not just for a paycheck. Very engaging with patients and make them laugh. Thank you :)

My daughter had a sore throat low grade fever for 3 days. Went it to er on a Sunday I didn’t think she’d be able to wait another day for her doctor. We were placed in a shower stall converted into a room… whatever I knew she wasn’t “critical” and needed all the equipment. After an hour was told her tests were all negative barely looked at her told me just give her a Tylenol and send her to school the next day. I most certainly did not. I kept her comfortable until I got her to her primary care. She tested positive for strep and now has her antibiotics. It would’ve been highly irresponsible of me to send her to school sick with obvious signs of strep. Either triage did a poor swab of her throat or they never ran the tests. However for the ER doctor to talk over me and dismiss me and not even really look at my daughter. This is twice my family has been mistreated in their emergency room.

Ok I am a asthmatic and with allergies thing were really bad today and couldn't breathe when I laid down . I went to the e.r around 630 and as soon as I got there I should have been given a breathing treatment. Did ex rays and then wanted to do a COVID test that I denied. After that everything changed. Was made to put a mask on and was then looked at funny and left waiting. After a while I got up and left. They did nothing and I'm forced to buy antibiotics off the street and Prednisone. I know what I need but would like to have no hassle when going to the ER. Everything is COVID COVID COVID. No one cares if you have anything else. Not giving me a breathing treatment I will be contacting a attorney about this. This place is manipulated by some higher power to push covid crap on everyone. These Drs now days rely on computers to tell them. Done and will never go back to UH.

I went here for a prenatal check up. The doctors and staff were all very nice. I was seen by Dr Ward who was very thorough, she took her time, and she made us feel as if our experience was unique and special rather that just another couple popping out a kid. When I went to the lab for a blood drawl I had a few ahead of me but it was my turn in no time. The tech was able to quickly take the blood with minimal bruising. She was also very very sweet. I would recommend this medical team to all my loved ones hands down.
