UnityPoint Health Finley Hospital Sleep Center

Surgery was great. However I traveled tio Dubuque from the Quad Cities telling my sister I would spend the first night in the hospital with her. Was told after her surgery I could not stay at the hospital. 👎 exceptions. I have never encountered this before. They should let people know this in advance! This was never an issue at unity point in the Quad Cities

Luke m Casey in the ER has no respect for female patients with reproductive issues. MY SISTER NEARLY DIED AND HAD TO HAVE EMERGENCY SURGERY because he dismissed her and sent her home and claimed she just had pregnancy cramps. She went to OBGYN the next day and got sent into emergency surgery

I went in for extreme pain in my upper stomach, I have a high tolerance for pain so it is extreme. He gave me a Gi cocktail, that did not help he ran an ekg , which it definitely isn’t in my chest , took blood work but then said the results were not gonna tell me if I have something wrong with my gallbladder, said it could be acid reflux which this pain is not a burning it is sharp pain , prescribed me anti acids and said come back if I get worse. Luke Casey was who seen me. His nurse was also extremely rude, I took the ekg stickers off and stuck them on my sheet and she was pulling them off and started basically talking crap to me because I didn’t know what to do with them! This was the worst experience I have had with them!

I have been here with a family member on a handful of occasions and they have received excellent care each time. Dr. Markham has great bedside manner and the nurses have all been professional and knowledgeable. I would say all the staff have been very kind and friendly including the lab and X-ray techs.
