My first visit I encountered a rude office staff at the front desk . Second time I came to pick up sleep study machine , it’s Thursday at 3:54pm the doors are locked and no one is answering the phones. Online and on the door it says they don’t close until 4:30pm. Drove 35 minutes here just to have my time wasted. Will be contacting a different sleep study doctor, this is ridiculous .

The professionalism and concern/care for my sleep apnea has changed my life! Edited: the referred medical equipment company debited my personal account for $470 without properly billing my insurance. When the error was noticed, I was told that I would receive my refund in 10 days. It has been almost a month and they will not answer my calls. When the error was thought to be mine, I was receiving text messages and phone calls. I had to bring the situation to their attention! I feel like they stole almost $500 from me. 11/5 Now RT Specialist will not answer or return my calls. If these two companies are affiliated, they have stolen money from me. I have a $100+ credit which will not be refunded to me by the doctor's office and close to $500 from their CPAP medical supply company. This is terrible.
I've been to other doctors of this specialty to no avail and I finally have the answers I need to move forward and be treated accurately and safely. I feel the staff was very thorough with everything and Dr.Asmi is very easy to talk to.
Best visit! Our visit for my 16yr old daughter was great, the woman that works the front desk was incredible, super friendly, helpful and kind. When we saw Dr. Asmi, he was very sweet, explained everything so that we knew what was going on, answered any questions we had, never made us feel rushed. I knew that I needed to have a study done as well, I had been putting it off for years so I mentioned it to him and he offered us to have them done at the same time, squashing the fear that my daughter was feeling about having hers, I was so grateful for that. When I went to front desk to ask about scheduling myself and filling out the paperwork, the woman there had about a dozen or more things going on and I thought I should just leave and call later, but she said no, that she had it and managed everything so quickly along with everyone else there. I was quickly seen myself and we were on our way home so much faster than I anticipated. Cant recommend them enough!
