The doctor and staff are nice. However, my biggest thing with this place is they never pickup their phones. Even when you call during open hours, no one pickups and you get the voicemail. Even when I leave a voicemail, it took them about 3-4 business days to get back. Not sure if it’s an understaffing issue or what but you need to pickup your phone when clients call.
Most friendly staff and doctors I’ve been to. Very warm and comfortable environment. They addressed my issues and were able to diagnose and medicate me immediately. 10/10 would recommend.
I Love this office the provider, staff are awesome I call them movers and shakers. They get you every patient in and out without grass growing under the feet. The staff and provider are warm and inviting they make everyone feel right at home. They are a KEEPER in my opinion.
Dr Alatassi is great. He treats me like a friend instead of a patient. I’m tired of the 2 minute visit, from a rude doctor that never even looks at me or cares about what I’m saying. That doesn’t happen here. Dr Alatassi takes the time to listen and gives you the time you need. He cares about his patients.
Would recommend this office to anyone who needs a sleep study or a pulmonary physician. The office staff does their job the best they can, they help patients as much as they can as well. They helped my grandma with anything she needed. If you leave a message they get back to you right away. It's office's like this I know my Grandma is in good hands!! Thank you for all you do office girls and doctors!! Keep doing what your doing and don't let miserable people tell you anything less! Some people will never be happy with anything, even if you bend over backwards for them.
