Thank you, Dr. Pearson, for taking care of my wellbeing. I have been to a few different doctors and felt like they really didn’t listen to me. Dr. Pearson took the time to listen to my concerns and frankly my confusion. She understood me and then worked with me and other recommended doctors to get me into a better place. My husband recently saw Rachel;PA and had an excellent experience. He is not someone who typically enjoys going to doctor appointments and has not been seen regularly for many years. When I asked how the visit went, his response was, “It went great.” Rachel was easy to talk to, listened closely, and was very thorough. He even had blood work done at 6 p.m. and received results with a follow-up call by 9 a.m. the next morning. Outstanding care and efficiency!
I would give this office less stars if possible. My elderly father has been going to this practice for years. His doctor left this practice, so we were given a new doctor. He had an appointment with the PA for prescription renewal. Upon arriving 5 minutes BEFORE appointment time, signing in and waiting more than 10 minutes PASSED appointment time, we were told we could not be seen because we were not 15 MINUTES early for our appointment time. We were not made aware of this policy when making the appointment. This office is a 35-45 minute drive depending on traffic for a man that is home bound. The staff was not willing to make any concessions for our situation. This office has VERY low costumer service. I would recommend finding a more caring practice if possible.
I recently saw Rachel, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Even though she’s new to the office, she immediately made me feel comfortable and listened carefully to all of my concerns. She explained everything clearly, took time to answer my questions, and treated me with genuine compassion. Change can be hard, but her professionalism and kindness have really reassured me that I’m in good hands. I’m so grateful for the excellent care she provided!
