I am very, very, very fussy when it comes to doctors and any type of service. When I know I have something wrong with me and they found it. Oh yes, they did and then some, the way to go about it is everything they are missing a beat. I have never seen anything like it And the place I work is trying to fire me over this crap and I’m just gonna say this wow they only get so involved. They’re making sure that I know where I’m standing and I’m safe. Let me know. I cannot be fired for this. This is a disability. They are caring, compassionate in order. I have never been to a Doctor Who gets on stuff so fast, especially when you have an urgent situation like mine where you’re about to lose your job. I see why they have all the cards and letters on the wall now and mine is gonna be upfront and center in a freaking frame not because I’m trying to outdo anybody else but because I want everybody else’s letters to stand out and be read, and I want to highlight every single wonderful thing about this office.
Dr. Verma is great at what he does. He made me feel comfortable and explained everything in detail. He gave me his opinion and also notified next doctor of my predicament and had them call me to set up the next step. Dr. Verma's office staff was polite and very helpful. I am very happy to have seen him to aid in my healing process. He even followed up with my sleep apnea issues which I saw him for approximately 10 years ago. He is very caring and knowledgeable about my disease process. Great Neurologist 👍.
The doctors and PAs thorough and knowledgeable they will spend extensive time with you, be prepared when you go to be there for a while the time they spend with you they spend with others :). So they may be running behind. Enjoy your wait come prepared and patient They recently upgraded the lobby and front staff is much nicer as well.
I had been struggling for years going to several different neurologists and no one could help me. Dr. Verma was knowledgeable and took time to listen to all my concerns. He gave me hope that I could finally feel better, and I do. Kerry Nathan PA, and Laurie Veltri PA have helped me beyond measure. They take the time to wisely assess all my concerns and symptoms. I highly recommend this clinic. My only fault I can find is that sometimes the building smells very heavily of cigarettes, I’m not sure if it’s from the air vents or the adjoining business, but it can be very overwhelming sometimes. It would be nice if they could mitigate the smell somehow.
