I was instructed by the individual I spoke with over the phone to pick up my sleep study kit at 12:30 PM. I arrived promptly at that time, as advised. However, upon arrival, I was met by a staff member named Sam, who informed me in a raised and hostile voice—that my scheduled pick-up time was actually 1:00 PM. He refused to help me after yelling at me. This interaction was both confusing and upsetting. I followed the instructions I was given, and being spoken to in such a manner was completely uncalled for. The experience left a very negative impression, and I feel that the way the situation was handled was unprofessional and discourteous. Avoid this place at all costs. It is not a professional environment!

My old equipment failed, and this team helped me same day at the durable medical equipment area. Thank you, Corewell sleep team! As an established patient, I messaged the staff on MyChart and they took great care of me (again - same day). Thank you Aaron for tracking down the accessories I preferred at DME! You guys rock!

HORRIBLE experience that is still ongoing. Avoid this place at all costs if you can. I took a take home test to diagnose possible sleep apnea. It was inconclusive. Have to wait 6 months for another test. Also 6 month wait to do the overnight in house study. REALLY bad care and practice. Also, zero follow up or help from the doctor. I'll be reporting.

Waited for 2 months for virtual appointment, and completed e-check in (with payment) the day before. Got on My Chart for appointment 6 minutes early, and stared at my phone while the Join In button never activated. Called the office, and they told me I was one minute TOO EARLY and that's why it didn't work, plus she informed me my appointment time had ended 1 minute ago! They said I had to reschedule for over 2 weeks out. No courtesy call to try to problem solve the issue while I waited for 21 minutes. Extremely poor virtual protocol, patient consideration, and rescheduling flexibility. Find another group that is more considerate of its patients.

I absolutely love the providers I have seen there, and the sleep study was comfortable and as enjoyable as it could be, but scheduling is a nightmare. The earliest appointment you can ever get is three months out at the absolute earliest, but usually it’s more like a four month wait. When I first scheduled my sleep study I was desperate for a diagnosis and treatment, but they scheduled it wrong causing a two month delay in addition to the four month wait for the study/appointment (because the staff didn’t realize their error in scheduling the type of study I needed until two months after it was made). The fact that they are so busy combined with an inept (and at times rude) scheduling staff is very stressful and inconvenient to say the least. On top of that, I have had trouble with prescription refills more often than not. Either they forget to call in the prescription to the pharmacy, or it takes forever to be called in. This experience has been consistent for a couple of years now. The only reason I stay with this facility is because I like the doctors so much. I really do wish I could be giving a better review.
