Dr. Bart really knows his stuff. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea over 5 years ago but never had the pressure on my CPAP machine adjusted. As a result, I was dealing with chronic fatigue and even some drowsiness while driving. Dr. Bart knew how to work with my insurance provider to get me the care I needed. It took some time, thanks BCBSMI, but eventually I had a sleep study done and Dr. Bart found the right pressure setting for my device. Within days I felt like a new man, well rested and full of energy. Thanks!
I have suffered with both sleep and attention issues for as long as I can remember, along with all of the nuance symptoms that come with it. I have done an at-home sleep study before with another doctor, I didn’t agree with their diagnosis or treatment they would be prescribing (stimulants with awful side effects) and I’m glad I went with my gut. Dr. Sangal is the first doctor who looked at every aspect of my health and found a medication that works for both of my main issues, with minimal, and tolerable, side effects. He listens to my concerns and explains the “whys” thoroughly. You can tell he is passionate and very well-versed on many aspects of medicine. His staff has been pleasant every step of the way, and I am grateful that at my very first appointment they went over what I would be responsible for financially so I would be prepared. I highly recommend Dr. Sangal!
I have been a patient of Dr. Sangal's at Sleep and Attention Disorders Institute for approximately 18 months. The staff are always very friendly and attentive, able to answer any questions I may have, and competent. Dr. Sangal has treated me with kindness and respect during the many office visits that I have had. He is an amazing physician! Thoroughly educated and knowledgeable regarding my sleep issue (obstructive sleep apnea). No problems with insurance (BCBS). I would highly recommend!

This was a terrible overnight experience. My MIL went thru Corewell for her sleep study which resulted in such a huge difference in their evening & overnights practice which I wish I had gone thru instead. Wow, what a pain this place is. Will not be back for my follow-up. Going elsewhere.
