You cannot even schedule an appt here bc they won't accept email referrals from anybody or fax referrals from the doctor - even if you don't need one due to having PPO insurance. Since Sept 2025, I have dealt with Scheduler Shanique and tried to schedule a test with the 9/16/2025 doctor referral. My doctor sent her specifically the referral via fax in September, October, November and December and it still has not been received by HCC as of 12/18/2025. In October, I was told there were openings for in-office/at-home testing in November & on Dec 22. On 12/17/25, 10 faxes were sent to HCC by my doctors within 5 hours - with 0 received and no calls from HCC. Per HCC Scheduler Shanique's request, I even initiated a 3-way call /my doctor's office and HCC so the two could talk and figure out why HCC isn't receiving the faxed referral, but she put us on hold, disconnected the call and didn't answer when I called back alone. On 12/18/25, I called to confirm they received the 10 faxes sent on 12/17 and was informed the 12/22 appt no longer exists.
Worst customer service. Short snappy answers, impossible to get through in the phones, long waits for Drs. My appt was for 10:30 and watched the Dr stroll in at 10:45. Waited another 30 minutes in exam room just to be told my test results were in but the Dr had not looked at them so no report would be given. Then informed that he would be out of the country for weeks so a follow would have to wait a month. I do not recommend this office. Nurse Ramen was most unpleasant to work with
I can see why this place has 1 star. Please don't come here unless you plan on being on hold for 30 minutes or even worse be sent to their voice mail every time. When i tried to make appt today front desk let me know they can no longer see me due to missed appts. How am i able to reschedule my apts if front desk NEVER picks up so of course the appt is missed if I'm not able to speak to anyone. Doctors are great but the front desk ladies need to be retired they are ruining it for this practice. This has been an on going issue for years now sad that no change has been made.
The worst customer service that I’ve ever encountered from a doctors office. They will not return calls. I have had to take an hour of my time and travel to go into the office to speak with someone to resolve issues. I’m definitely ready to find a new doctor!
When we arrived, the receptionist, Amy, immediately made the experience unpleasant. She began by snapping about mask requirements, stating that if my daughter couldn’t wear a mask, she could not be there. My daughter had no issue wearing one, so the comment felt unnecessary and abrupt. Later, when I asked about a bathroom for my daughter, Amy walked away without responding, even though it was clear she heard me — others in the front area noticed this as well. As someone who works in healthcare, I’ve encountered similar unprofessional behavior, and it’s disappointing to see in a role that sets the tone for patient interactions. What was especially unfortunate was seeing Amy also speak in a passive-aggressive manner toward her coworker, Denise. While I had the option to leave, Denise has to work with her daily, which cannot be easy in such an environment. And we only came to accompany my mother but based on this interaction I would not recommend this office to anyone.
