This office has the absolute worst customer service. Also be careful of them scheduling you for an appointment and then giving you a no show fee! Apparently they made an appointment for me for "follow up" and in the meantime my phone number changed so I never got any calls or texts but surely got a $50 no show fee! I just got the bill in the mail from FIVE YEARS AGOI!!! They DID have my email on file so why they could not have emailed me to "remind" me of an appointment is an entire different story!
I keep getting billed for an appointment I didn't know they made, and which I was made aware of when they called and left me a voicemail saying the doctor couldn't see me that day due to being out of town. THEY cancel the appointment I didn't even know about, and I get a bill, repeatedly, for $200. Can't get ahold of them, have sent back the bill in the mail with an explanation, have filed a complaint with my insurance, but it's chalked up as a "missed visit charge". Maybe the doctors are great, but that's if you're the 5% who actually get to talk to somebody?
Went in September for an appt. I needed to get an appliance made, so they were supposed to schedule that for me in a couple of weeks. They finally called back in late December trying to schedule me for the following January. I had explicitly asked them to make sure we did it all in the same calendar year to avoid a new deductible in January. It didn't matter to them. -smh
Dr. Colleen Digman is a blessing to me and I am very grateful to Jehovah God for placing her in my life. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and she is very intelligent and knowledgeable about her field . It's like talking to a close friend who understands your problems and is eager to assist you with the right plan of action to better your health. I will never leave her as long as she is willing to see me. Never had a Dr. who takes the time to educate you about your issues in a kind and thoughtful and professional manner. The entire staff has been nothing but amazing and kind!! I am honored to have them as my extended family!! May Jehovah God continue to bless each of you for all Eternity.
Dr. Brian Kerr was very professional, friendly, and courteous when my husband came in for his appointment. The staff (Cathy, Alvin, Laura) were also great. Thanks for making our first visit a good one.
