Absolutely terrible from start to finish. I WILL NOT return. First off, at the time I met Arshad, I had been laid off for 6 mos, my insurance had JUST been reinstated, and we were just starting to reopen after the pandemic. So, needless to say, we did what we had to to survive. Which did not include the best health style choices and consequently, I gained some weight. Not only did Arshad pretty much call me "Fat", he admonished me for the lifestyle I had been living out of necessity. Then, to top it off, there was some lag in the reinstatement of my insurance that I wasn't aware of. Not only did I get a call from billing, who were very kind and understanding of the situation by the way, I also got a call from Arshad! HE wanted to know why I had no insurance also! I'm sorry, but if a "Dr" of a major medical group is concerned MY financial obligations, I don't think my health is his primary concern. I'm not comfortable with that. He's arrogant, condescending, and has 0 compassion. If you will notice, I did not refer to him as Doctor, because he's not. Obviously, my insurance is now in force and he got paid because I haven't heard from him. But, I hope he's happy because that's the last payment he will get from me!
