Arrived a few minutes early & was taken for mammogram right when I got there. The technician was fast, efficient & friendly. In & out within 10 minutes.

I am unable to drive due the severeness of my sinus infection. Not from here. I have been treated better at Mercy in Des Moines, Iowa. The doctor was short with me and rude. I wouldn't wish my experience on my worst enemy.. Their solution gave me gas cards to get to Des Moines even though my eyes are on fire and I am severely nauseous.
I've been to CHI Corning most than once in the last 3 weeks so I'm not sure which date this survey is asking about. Both times were fine.
CHI Health physical therapists are very knowledgeable And they share that information with patients and very easy to understand language. They put you at ease even when you’re dealing with situations that are rather embarrassing to discuss. I really like that they explain, encourage and demonstrate proper exercises, but aside from correcting posture when needed, they don’t sit and stare at you. They give you helpful advice, and also help you to identify and work on things in a manner that fits into your life at home. I feel very ease and confident with the therapists who have worked with me. I certainly recommend the CHI HEALTH physical therapy department.
