Every visit thus far has been an amazing experience.. Front desk staff is courteous and kind. And also all staff members that has taken me to my room or completed my first injection was very caring and compassionate of how I was feeling during procedures... Thank you MNA STAFF for a JOB WELL DONE💯☺️

I saw Dr Dillon for the first time last week and was really impressed and happy with his bedside manner. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The staff and support personnel were equally supportive and helpful. I am so glad I found him.

When I arrived the staff had no record of me having made an appointment. But rather than reschedule me and send me away, they made me my doctor’s last appointment of the day. I saw a PA who helped me with all I needed, a prescription refill. I appreciated their accommodating me. And they were nice!

I have been less than impressed by this place everytime I come here. This will probably be the last time. Tired of waiting an hour plus just to get into a room, where then am stuck waiting for another 30 minutes or more for the PA to come back. If my MRI looks good and there’s no concern why am I waiting 2 hours for you to tell me that when it could have been a phone call. All the doctors have bad attitudes, pretty much all the staff does. They never really want to investigate the problem just throw stuff at you and get you out. When I first came here years ago they made me get up and walk to the doctor’s personal office space down the hall because he didn’t want to get up and come to the room. Like whatttttt??? So uncomfortable. Definitely going back to my PCP to refer me to a different place… over this one entirely.
