This is the most incompetent sleep center I've ever been to. They knew it was gonna take at least two weeks to have insurance approval so they scheduledme to pick up my home study three weeks out, but they waited over two weeks to submit to my insurance. They said they would call me when my insurance approved the sleep study. I got a letter in the mail saying it had been approved, so I called, and they transferred me to a different sleep center. I ended up driving here for them to try to schedule me three weeks out to pick up my sleep study. I asked, why am I being scheduled that far out. She said so we can get approval for it through your insurance. New management needs to come in and turn this place around.

Dr. Grant looked over my file and was fully prepared for my appointment. The staff were helping and engaging. Once I was finished telling "My" tale. Dr. Grant was open and convincing with the facts of the matter. I came to him with my first in a lifetime second opinion need. I assure anyone with the same need should do the same. It was a "human" experience not a cookie cutter operation. I would recommend Dr. Grant and his staff to any and all friends and family.

Worst experience ever they literately sleep on the job. They do not return phone calls and if you complain about their poor service they just plane dont care and refer you elsewhere, after charging your insurance the first time, they get theirs. Worst communication and really need to use their own product to get better sleep and not do it on the job 1 only cause 0 wasnt possible this place is a joke.

Do not under any circumstances seek sleep care here. My doctor and staff, to include clinic management, are rude, toxic, and egregiously unprofessional, and I have receipts. I had an appalling clinical experience recently with one of their physicians, who is already my doctor. They opened the appointment with, "So, we broke up? Why did we break up?" presumably referring to my previous sleep study and clinical evaluation several years ago. For the record, I have not, nor will I ever be in an intimate relationship with this provider. My eight-year-old daughter was with me at this appointment and also subject to this treatment. It was shocking, and needless to say, the behavior set the tone. Once in the appointment, I began to review my (new) chronic and serious symptoms directly linked to sleep apnea, including borderline high blood sugar, fatty liver, swollen and painful joints, etc. including ACTUAL APNEA increasing in severity (I stop breathing during sleep and wake up coughing and choking. I know because I feel it happening, and my husband describes it to me). During the appointment, the doctor regularly interrupted me and adopted an exasperated, dismissive tone. At one point, they glued their attention to their smart phone, and only looked up when I noticed and stopped speaking. The disposition was, "Well I GUESS we could do another sleep study." I then asked the provider to remind me of the equipment used during the study and how it would be affixed to my body. I've had a bilateral mastectomy for breast cancer treatment, and appliances touching the surgical area are extremely uncomfortable and have to be managed accordingly. They said, "We could give you the full tour. We usually give it to kids." Their tone at this point was EXPLICITLY passive aggressive, condescending and dismissive. I left with my daughter feeling like I had completely wasted my time, to say nothing of the discomfort and pain caused by the lack of professionalism and outright harassment, and the fact that I didn't get any treatment for a potentially life-threatening condition. I cancelled my sleep study as a result of this treatment, the doctor having completely undermined my trust in their clinical care and judgement, not to mention their character. When the clinic manager reached out to me, I explained the situation. Her reaction was, "I'm shocked! No one leaves bad reviews for (my doctor)." I pointed out that people might be afraid to, and that I didn't appreciate her invalidating and dismissing me, ALL OVER AGAIN. She said, "I feel like if he was a bad doctor and people were scared to leave reviews, they would just say nothing." EXACTLY MY POINT. The collapsible logic of this statement is staggering. She then proceeded to offer care with a different physician, but then backpedaled the offer when I said I needed to start all over with a clinical evaluation before any sleep testing, citing my aforementioned lack of trust in the original physician and the behavioral evidence. She also claimed I needed to "check on insurance coverage" and that she "didn't know what my insurance was," which is a complete load, because it's in my file and I've ALREADY SEEN A PHYSICIAN AT THIS FACILITY. I asked her office to do that for me (why should I do that when your doctor harassed me and I'm having to reschedule because of your crappy care?!). "Look," I said. "You can either serve me by making good on your offer to reschedule me for a consult with a different doctor or we can end this call. It's up to you." I pointed out (my doctor) violated my patient rights and best practices. She asked me, "How did (your doctor) violate your patient rights?" I reminded her I'd already stated that information. She told me it would be "better if you seek care elsewhere." Not only is what happened to me wrong, it's disgusting, immoral, deplorable, and wholly unconscionable. It represents everything wrong with clinical care and leadership in medicine right now and all those empowered to help but unwilling to give it. SHAME on Mercy.

7/3/25 I seen Dr Grant for my review of my sleep study progress. Dr Grant is very professional and friendly. He reviews the report in details. The entire staff here is friendly and very helpful. It's always a pleasant visit here.
