Had an at home sleep study done which showed the study was not consistent with OSA. So they go on to say because of my results, it can not be guaranteed to be for the patient named above. I am totally insulted! Who do they think took the test. Would never recommend this company to do a sleep study. One star only because the front desk people were very kind and helpful.
My 4 year old had a sleep study here and it was a great experience overall! Our sleep tech was awesome. He was kind, funny, extremely patient and explained everything very well. Could not have asked for a better experience!
I had a very good experience last Monday at EISC for my in lab sleep test. I didn't have to wait long to go to my sleep room. I was greeted by the technician assigned to me. He explained what was going to happen and all the electronics that was going to be used. I was leery about the quality of the bed but it was comfortable and I was able to fall asleep pretty quick. I left part of my CPAP mask at home by accident and the technician tried to find a replacement part. He did but my mask still had some air leaks so he replaced it with a different mask that worked great. I expected to finish at 5:30 AM but I finished at 4:30 AM when I woke up to use the restroom. The technician took off all the monitoring apparatus, I got dressed and headed for home. It was a much better experience than the first sleep test I took over 20 years ago. Kudos to EISC for a great experience to something you don't do every day.
Let me tell you, I’ve never been treated so well, plus my young daughter. Kimberlin was great! She didn’t know how much her calmness made me more at ease. She was great with my toddler! More than great, she treated her with respect and was patient with her. She treated her like her own. Thank you so much for making our experience a good one there. She gets this 5 star review.
Luke was so patient and kind. He explained everything throughly and slowly for my child to understand. He took the extra time with her to show her that it wasn't going to hurt, and made sure she was comfortable every step of the way. The office staff was also super nice, calm, and easy to work with.
