Ive taken a total of 3 sleep center sleep studies at which for the most part staff was nice, especially those that helped with sleep study durring procedure. Seems that doctors are consistently leaving Pro health care sleep center because this is the second time nobody felt the need to call me that my 2nd doctor now has left and he was supose to send my medicine in for a refill almost 2-3x months ago, now they want me to come see another specialist probably go thru more testing to just keep taking more money, I have a low iron Deficiency in which my doctor had setup a plan to see me 3 months later for a iron check, in which was never sent in because he had left, but not a nurse or someone from prohealth care cared about notifications to patients. This is a huge inconvenience to me that im consistently looking for a new doctor and they always want me to come in which is ridiculous.
I came to this clinic seeking answers and support for my sleep apnea. What I received instead was a one-size-fits-all approach, dismissive care, and a total lack of compassion. After going through the sleep study process, I was prescribed a CPAP machine. I followed every instruction, wore the mask consistently, and gave it a real shot—even though it made it harder for me to fall asleep (which has always been a struggle for me). The machine is uncomfortable, loud, and simply not compatible with my lifestyle. When I explained this and asked about alternatives, I was immediately shut down. Their only “solution” was to suggest extremely invasive ENT surgery—something that would require extensive recovery time and comes with no guaranteed results. When I asked about the newer Inspire device (which is FDA-approved and much less disruptive), they told me I didn’t qualify because my sleep apnea “wasn’t severe enough.” So I guess I just wait until it gets worse before anyone actually cares? At every turn, I felt like my concerns were waved off. The doctors offered no empathy, no individualized plan, and no help beyond “just use the CPAP.” When I expressed frustration, I was essentially told to be on my way if I didn’t want to comply. This experience has left me feeling hopeless, unheard, and stuck. I went in looking for a team that would help me find a sustainable way to manage my condition. Instead, I left feeling like I was just another chart to close out before the day ended. If you’re looking for sleep apnea treatment that actually fits your life—and providers who actually listen—look elsewhere.
Dr. Meyer, Jenn, and the rest of the team were wonderful and very kind. The room was comfortable and clean. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs answers regarding their sleep issues.
My son could not stay awake and was referred to a sleep specialist here. A sleep study was ordered but he couldn’t get in for 3 months! Meanwhile he was missing college. The clinic initially said we could do the study in a different health system. Even though the first person said that, they would not send the order anywhere else. Ended up switching to Aurora. Much better service.
I came here last night for my sleep study and I won’t lie I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews. I’m glad my experience warranted a different outcome. Parking was ample, my check in was very simple, and the staff was very friendly. Mee was wonderful and extremely helpful the entire time. I appreciate her help and made my stay enjoyable. Thank you all for your help and insight!
