According to several other Doctors, Dr. Mardelli is one of the best around. The 3 Star review is where they send you for supplies. Do NOT let them send you to Binson's. Ask for a different supplier and the rest should be a cake walk with Dr. Mardelli.
Dr. Jansi Willoughby is my hero... that's not an exaggeration. I was not lazy, I had Narcolepsy and Cataplexy! This woman got me onto a medication that gave me my life back... what's even more impressive is that my insurance tries to deny paying for it, every new year, and Jansi and Kelly (the care coordinator) fight for me. They go to bat against my insurance and it always gets covered. I'm so grateful. I have energy again, I can sleep at night, I feel rested, life is so much better. All this time I thought what I was feeling was normal, but now I know how wrong I was. Seriously, if you're constantly tired, go see Dr. Willoughby. She's kind, understanding, helpful, and really cares. I've been seeing her since 2021 and I won't switch to a Medicare plan unless she's covered, that's how much I appreciate and trust her.
Dr. Gordon was short, abrupt, rude and made my wife feel very belittled. She was going in to try and get to the bottom of sleep apnea and was describing her symptoms and other conditions that might play a part in the problem. He said to her "if you don't stop asking questions and sharing we will never get to the bottom of the problem " Really?
I love the doctor but two times my injection has not been pulled out and brought to room temp. First time I understand. Second time is inexcusable. I take time off work to come to get these injections. I should not have to call 24 hours in advance to remind someone to pull the injection out. Please look at your schedule to avoid it. It was scheduled over a week ago at the SCS office. I even arrive earlier than my appointment time.
If RBF could be a championship game, the world champion would be found sitting behind the front desk. This lady was absolutely worthless when it came to assisting me with appointments. She had an attitude when i walked up to the counter, short and impolite the whole time. Needless to she, why is she even allowed to work here. She is damaging the clinic’s reputation before the patient even has a chance to meet with the physician. Simply ridiculous!
