It’s was very nice and friendly experience, the room was clean, my technician was a sweetheart sadly, I forgot her name. I do know she was from Jamaica. We had a very nice conversation. I apologize for forgetting her name. I have always been bad and remember names lol she was very friendly. I can complain about anything. I definitely will recommend this place and go back there again if I need another sleep study! Thank you for your kindness
The office reeked of weed. There’s a shared bathroom which I found to be a bit strange. The sheets were old and itchy… not sure if they were even clean. It really felt like a low budget motel. I couldn’t even sleep because I was so itchy and on edge. Our tech was very kind though so I did appreciate that. At 6AM she promptly threw on the bright lights and pretty much had us on our way. My two year old was very dazed and confused. I don’t feel like it should’ve been that abrupt. It’s been over a month and I still don’t have the results and they have yet to be sent to our ENT.
I recently took my son to Forward Sleep Center, and we had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. His sleep technician, Renee, was absolutely exceptional—kind, patient, and incredibly caring throughout the entire process. She made my son feel comfortable and at ease, which meant so much to us. Renee’s warm and joyful demeanor turned what could have been a stressful night into a positive and reassuring experience. We are so grateful for her compassion and professionalism. I highly recommend Forward Sleep Center to any parent in need of a sleep study for their child. ~ Nicole S. and Kole S.
My 5 year old son needed a sleep study and I was recommended to take him here. The room was clean and comfortable. The MA was a little stern but not rude (maybe she was having a bad day). She told us exactly everything she was going to do and tried her best to make my son comfortable. He was able to fall asleep with no issues. While it was a little uncomfortable for me, (because he kept moving and she had to keep coming in to adjust the wires), it was not unpleasant at all and I would recommend to anyone who needs to get a sleep study done.
The place was not very welcoming. The carpets filthy and the bedding didnt look like something i wanted to sleep on. It was very warm in the building. I knew i wanted to leave when i first walked in and when a bug flew on me i left. The best part of my experience was the nurse. She was very understanding and had a great disposition.
