Friendly staff but—I was told to be at the hospital at 6:15 to pick up my mother. I waited almost 2 hours til she was ready. I was not told the night before, but apparently they don’t like to wake patients. Not sure why I was told to be there so early just to wait. This timing needs improvement.
I had a sleep study here three months ago, here are my thoughts. The sleep center is very clean with large comfortable beds. My technician was very professional and knowledgeable as he has been there for many years, and I am glad I had him as a tech. I had some issues with the report, but the patient representative reached out to me and is helping me with that, and I am very grateful for her. She may not be able to change the results, but she is doing her part to help. I highly recommend Hendricks Sleep Center. Thank you, Leah F., for your assistance.
