I am sad to see this 2.7 rating, I have been coming to this facility for 7 years, I've never had a problem, I live in Milwaukee and will never frequent one of the hospitals anymore, my cardiologist is so professional and his staff take their time, I've never been rushed, I've always had my paperwork explained to me, I feel bad for others who have had issues, I pray people have better experiences. Dr Igbar is very knowledgeable and compassionate!
I felt disrespected and not treated with dignity during my recent ER visit. After a lengthy wait, my concerns about my leg weren't adequately addressed. I didn't feel heard or taken seriously, and the care I received didn't meet my expectations. I believe a more thorough evaluation and communication would have made a big difference in my experience. I needed the doctor to look further into my leg condition which he didn't because they wanted me gone to have a room open because they stay over capacity.They place you in beds in the hallway exposing personal business break all confidential rules and regulations.Basic if you not in dying condition they make you leave. I was here for 2 day on two visit nothing has change about this place. I will never go back here again my mother will not go back here again. Send someone home acting as if you did all you can with no x rays or blood draws is beyond wild!!!
Nurse Jennifer S was world class - competent compassionate and fully engaged with providing superb care for my wife. I forget the names of the others but the ER front desk on 11/24/25 was a wonderful person and JJ the imaging tech was superb and Chris the X Ray lady was fast! PA Abigail Chang was great! And Dr Schiells was equally superb! Much appreciated!! No complaints from us please note this hospital is one of the best in the world. Better than Egyptian hospitals or Navy Hospitals or New Zealand hospitals or anywhere I have been. Just great!
Waited in Emergency for 5 1/2 hours before taken back to a room. Yes it was busy but how about letting u know how much time that size waiting room may take? Give us an opportunity to go somewhere else. Horrible experience. Elderly, children, people puking in garbage cans........ Had my almost 90 year old MIL there. If it was for me I would have left hours earlier. NEVER AGAIN, WILL NOT BE BACK!
Go anywhere else. My poor mom has been there going on three days, it was determined she needs her gallbladder out but they took a full day to decide what to do. NPO for over 48 hours. Finally had a scheduled gallbladder removal for 9:30am and as of 10:50am she still has not been taken back. Many other things such as timing of when important meds were given are also a huge issue she has had. We are beyond upset. Poor woman is feeling tortured.
