My brother has a very complicated medical history. He came in Sunday night and was subsequently transferred out to a hospital with services he needed. Becky did a great job at assessing, treating him and finding appropriate care for him...even with hospitals in the area being full! Thank you for taking such good care of him!
Financial department seems disorganized, clueless. They didn't process insurance information in a timely manner, breaking insurance contract. Resulted in a mess with my deductible as they pushed it through a year later. Falsely claimed insurance was not provided. To top it off severely misdiagnosed!
I have a lot of labs and tests done here due to chronic illnesses. The lab techs are amazing. The outpatient/registration ladies are very friendly. And most of the rest of the docs and staff I've come into contact with are kind and professional.
The doctor I seen came in being really rude to me. I can understand someone having a bad day or not wanting to have to come into work, but the way he approached me was not ok. Throwing his arms around and feeling like he had to raise his voice at me as soon as he stepped into the room. He really made me feel like it was a crime to go to the emergency room. The nurse's where extremely nice! I was in and out really fast. Just glad i got the issue taken care of but i think that doctor needs to take sensitivity classes. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.
I received excellent care here. The two nurses that helped me in ER were knowledgeable and very kind. Dr Bruna was top notch and very personable. Thank you for your help today!!!!
