Helped me out so much with my sleep study. Explained everything so I understood it. Definitely would recommend and I have.
Talk about a joke, for a medical facility that is supposedly worried about your well being they don’t care at all. Was called to pick up a machine for a home sleep study was told between 1p-3p drive all the way there get there at 2p to be told I had a 3:30 sharp appointment. No clue what they are talking about. Another cancelled appointment and waste of time.
The first impression is lasting. The agent that answered the phone was the most unpleasant and unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. I am a healthcare professional and from healthcare professional to another she is not a positive representative of our profession. She was rude, short and her tone screamed “I hate my job.”
If I could give them a negative I definitely would! These people are horrible! My first visit was in August of 24. Was supposed to get a script for a new machine and supply's ( this is what the doctor told me ) I waited a few weeks in fact I waited until the beginning of October to reach out to them. Once I reached out the women at the desk said " oh you have to take a new sleep study test and that someone called me a whole ago to set it up " this was FLAT OUT A LIE! Noone ever called me for ANYTHING! so moving on I did the test it was a 2 night at home study knowing I already have sleep apnea I thought well maybe my insurance wanted to make sure I still had it? I dunno. So after the test it took them 2 weeks to get back to me just to tell me " yep you still have it " so then they said * oh you have to take yet another test this one you have to come in and spend the night for* without getting to personal about it there is no way I could do that. Once I told the women that she says * well you have to follow up with the doctor to go over diffrent options* so now it's the beginning of December 2024 and I'm yet to get anything I go do the fallow up and the doctor says " you don't have to do the titration test we can set your new machine to the same setting as nothing has changes with your diagnosis from your original test 6 years ago! * she tells me I will write up the script and get you all your stuff. It is now February of 2025!!! I'm yet to get anything I'm in need of all them equipment and I'm just getting jerked around by these people. I reached out to them a few weeks ago only to hear * well the doctor is only here on Fridays and she's really backed up it takes a while......... at this point I'm going to have to call my insurance and get them involved just so I can go to another doctor to get new stuff. Please listen to all the reviews STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! find someone else don't waste your time because they will do nothing but waste your time! Read the rest of the reviews on here and find a diffrent doctor. I suggest looking at online programs google it.
I’ve had a pretty poor experiences with this company. They were bad enough that I have moved onto a completely new sleep doctor after investing time with them. I’ve had three appointments scheduled and three fell through. The first was due to insurance not being approved, “yet.” I contacted my insurance and they advised there was no request. The second was due to failed equipment. I arrived and I was sent home after they fiddled with antiquated equipment for hours. The third was due to an improperly scheduled appointment. I scheduled it for Tuesday at 8:15, but they scheduled me for Monday at 8:30. I was working with this place for almost two months and didn’t make much progress. I was hopeful to get this done quickly, before my child was born, so that I could be fully present for my wife and child. This unfortunately became a big set back. I’m willing to bet that I would’ve finally received the care I was looking for, but I do not have time to continue being delayed by mismanagement. The accommodations aren’t particularly nice, but they seemed to be clean enough. The employees were generally kind and welcoming. The equipment was very apparently old and partially comprised of a multiple broken cameras and a vtech baby monitor. If you’re seeking care I would recommend researching other options. The communication wasn't great. The clinic was not great with communication without being prompted, or providing the care in a timely manner. If you’re signing up for a clinical I recommend researching other clinics. I was helped by a girl, on my second appointment, who was actively on her clinical. She seemed a bit dazed and confused, but not because of lack of care or effort. I appeared to be the first patient she dealt with, but the training she was receiving did not feel organized. The sleep tech himself seemed a bit under prepared and the second appointment fell through as a result. By the end of the night all of us were quite frustrated, but I cannot blame them. This entire ordeal feels like the result of mismanagement. I hope that the student can get a better experience somewhere else. Perhaps somewhere with a proper PA system, a working “head box,” and a cc system that is properly run.
