Waited over a month for a sleep study just to be called a hour before my apt and told that they would have to reschedule me for over a month out because of someone “not feeling good” to top it off they don’t ever answer the phone. This place is a joke! Hope this place doesn’t make it.
I've called 7 times NO JOKE. No one answers or returns phone calls. My doctor recommended I leave a bad review. Her office can't even get a hold of anyone.
The phone call prior was informative, but when I arrived to pick up the kit, it felt strange. There was a fill in and no instructions, she said they were in the bag..okay. Brought it back, same lady on the phone talking about men, and just pointed as to where the bag went. Then, printed paper says they will contact me within 1 to 2 days, it's been 9 days and they don't answer their phone!!! Grrrr, what a weird place!!
My 5 year old had to get a sleep study done. They were accommodating, the room was nice for what it is, and it was an easy process. Ryan (worker) helped us through the night and was very sweet to my daughter who was clearly very nervous, he made her laugh and explained what he was doing to ease her mind, He made the experience really nice!
This place does not respond to referral requests. They send a letter and make you try and call them. When you call, you are forced to leave a voicemail that no one will ever return. IF and WHEN you finally get someone on the phone, they have no clue what they are doing and tell you they will call back. After weeks, they never do and you start over again. IF you are lucky enough to get an appointment (1-2 months after your call), they will call the day before the appointment to cancel on you and tell you that you have to wait another month to 2 months to be seen. When you inform the staff that this is poor patient care, they get rude with you and tell you to go somewhere else if you don't like their practice. I don't recommend this place to anyone... all that happened without ever being seen there. I can only imagine the quality of care once seen!
