Tried to switch to new pulmonologist but waited in office for an hour. Left the office and it took another hour before they realized I had left. Good thing I wasn’t dying.
Grand Blanc, location, receptionist and staff are rude and misinformed. I was told three different things and they Acted like I was the one that wasn’t correct when they were the ones with the misinformation. Switching care providers due to the rude staff and rushed visits with the doctor.
Dr Berrou and the staff are great.
