Uncaring and incompetent! On 5/24/23 my doctor sent a written order requisition to Tidal Health Sleep in Seaford for a sleep consultation. I was told that they would contact me with an appointment date and time. Two weeks later I drove to the Mears Campus with the order to follow up. I was told that their requisitions department was "backed up" because of the holiday, that I could not talk to anyone there about an appointment and that they were "not allowed" to give me the requisitions department phone number. It's now June 22 and I have not been contacted. With so many health services on Delmarva why in the world would I anyone want to go to Tidal Health?
