I recently had surgery in Pittsburgh, Dr Levy was the surgeon he was very pleasant and informative during the whole time,including recovery time and how to gradually get back to a normal diet.I also want to say Christa the nurse in the Erie office is so pleasant and very patient with all my questions. She didn't treat me like just another patient she was concerned how I was feeling. That makes such a difference when you are recovering.
Dr. Kovacs is absolutely outstanding! My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Kovacs for many years, and he's the best! His medical assistant Jackie and PA-C Breanna are absolutely wonderful and compassionate! UPMC has amazing, knowledgeable, and extremely compassionate doctors. We highly recommend UPMC.
Office is run like a kindergarten. I have sleep apnea. Couldn't breath with my machine... No one seemed to care. Reached different on call doctors at night second was like talking to a child. Call earlier the previous morning and the said they would call back end of day. Never did. Haven't slept for over 41 hours.
