If you can think you can get in at reasonable time good luck they expect you to see one of two normal neurologist according to the policy and then you can see one another nurse practitioners or PAs but they won't let you see either one of those without seeing normal doctor first here supposedly that's their policy.
I had been a patient of Dr. Erica Grazioli for many years. It wasn't until I moved from the area and changed insurance that I left the practice. I have always received amazing care not only from her, but from the residents under her.
Spoke with an RN named Lori/Laurie this morning and she was the most uncaring, rude, impatient, judgmental Nurse I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking to !!!! Condescending, her tone of voice was absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional for an RN at that !!! Not at all comfortable or impressed!! Terrible consumer service! So much so I’m not going back there after my August appointment, I’m transferring to AHN they are extremely discriminatory and horrible, one bad nurse set the entire tone for the clinic!!!
Can't even get in the door. On 3 or 4 separate occasions they have cancelled appointments that were chosen on specific dates because they worked with my job and two days before try to make you reschedule two months later. Happened with neurology and sleep med. I recommend going elsewhere if you would like to actually have an appointment, much less talk about your health.
There are signs posted in the office stating if you are 15 minutes late you need to reschedule. I showed up 15 mins early to do paperwork, waited until 15 mins past my scheduled time before asking what is going on as I am missing work. I was told they will be with me as soon as possible. I waited another 10 minutes and then Nick Scott walked in the door and said I'm sorry i'm so late, and the staff jumped up and said no problem Mr. Scott and took him directly back. So because I'm not filthy rich or a top donor to UPMC I got treated like a 3rd class citizen. This was discrimination at its finest and is completely unacceptable. I will be filing a formal complaint and contact my attorney. DO not go here unless you are a top donor or ensure that the staff knows you are stinking rich because they will discard you otherwise.
