My doctor sent a referral back in May and I have yet been able to schedule an appointment despite calling several times and leaving several voicemails (yes I’m leaving my name, DOB, and call back number). They have reduced hours “due to COVID”. Save yourself the time and effort and request your doctor to give you a referral to a different location. It is absolutely unacceptable for it to be this difficult to schedule an appointment or even to actually talk to someone at the location. I’ve called so many times, at many different times while they are “open” and have never once had someone pick up. On the rare occasion they do call back, even if I return the call, they don’t answer! How is anyone able to schedule an appointment???

Nurses are nice. nothing but problems with appointments or the system to set up for appointment /doctors. Never pick up the phone or call back. Finally got an appointment and waited over an hour in the waiting room with 3 others an hour behind schedule. Appointment time @ 340 pm finally got called back at 455 pm. (What would happen if I were and hour late?) Literally 5 minutes with the doc just to make sure insurance covers the CPAP. Broken system. Absolutely great nurses/staff. I don't think they are the problem. It's the system that is the problem.

This is hands down the most friendly and loving people I have ever met. Not one time in my 6+years of going there, was I never met with anything other than kindness. What a wonderful group of people, from the receptionist ,, to the night nurse always professional and beyond kind. Thank you all for all you do...

I have been there a couple of times now and they were very polite and helpful. Had an issue with an authorization and they made sure to reach out to the Dr's Office and myself to insure everything was set before I got there. Once there Krista and I laughed so much while I was getting serious information about my health and that outstanding bedside manner made me so comfortable. If sleeping there the beds are great They even have fans if you are a fan of white noise that is an amazing touch to include. I appreciate everything they have done and will continue to do for me.

If there were a way to give less than 1 star I would. Customer service is awful. They have no idea how to answer the phone and make an appointment. Leave a message and maybe they will call you back. They have no idea if your insurance covers treatment. They say they will send you info and they don't. Whoever is in charge of operations needs a class or two in how to operate a business.
