Very satisfied! Here's why: I've had a lot of problems with my upper respiratory tract most of my life: sinuses, ears, snoring, allergies, post nasal drip 24/7, etc and I just soldiered on. When I developed tinnitus and my husband claimed I was losing hearing I decided it was time to take steps. Dr. Yaish and his competent staff were completely there for all these issues. I had corrective sinus surgery, hearing tested (it's ok), CPAP for moderate to severe apnea, and a course of desensitization shots for my allergies. I've been a regular patient for a couple of years now and my quality of life is so much better. I still have tinnitus, because there is no cure. However, I wake up feeling alert and well rested instead of feeling half dead and gloomy. I can enjoy my pets and the seasons without popping various pills. I no longer have nasty glop go down my throat whenever I swallow. Food tastes better. Dr. Yaish and his staff have always been pleasant, professional and most importantly highly competent. I never regretted choosing them for my care. Sure, there have been occasional billing or insurance snafus, but Kelsey, his superb office manager, stepped right up and sorted things out quickly, efficiently, and courteously. In these days of "assembly line medicine" and "profit over patients" it's refreshing and empowering to be treated like a person instead of a number. It's reassuring to have care providers that prove they are allies instead of adversaries. :) I've noticed other reviews complaining about the emails and calls regarding CPAP supplies and appointments. I get those too, but so what? If I don't think I need supplies I disregard them. Not a deal breaker.

Dr. Yaish performed a sept/turb procedure on me at the turn of the year and I waited to post my feedback until I could truly assess how the procedure improved my breathing and overall quality of life...and I must say, it is dramatically better. I had a badly deviated septum and enlarged turbinates. Dr. Yaish corrected both in a quick, outpatient procedure at Beaver Dam Hospital. The overall experience couldn't have been better - the hospital staff was caring and attentive, Dr. Yaish was careful and deliberate and the recovery was NOTHING like the horror stories you might have heard. Maybe a 3 out of 10 in overall discomfort and a 10 out of 10 in overall improvement in my breathing. I had no idea my nasal airflow was so restricted until I had this done. I've come to know Dr. Yaish throughout this experience I can promise you will be hard pressed to find another physician (and staff) in the area that is as good as he is. He and his team try to "do things right" (e.g. not pushing extra procedures). I've learned that as a private practice physician, this team counts on delivering an excellent experience to every single patient that walks in their door - it's the only way they can survive as a small business - and they delivered exactly that for me. I'd give 10 stars if I could!!

Poor customer service from top to bottom. Dr. Yaish is nice, but talks too quickly and doesn't do a good job listening to the patient.

I honestly felt scammed. I was referred here due to experiencing vertigo, constant ear pain, itchiness, hearing issues etc. It takes a lot for me to actually go to the doctor because it always feels like a waste of time, money, and you’re lucky if they help you. This experience was a prime example of that. They were not personable which is really odd because… well… they work with PEOPLE. It felt like they weren’t listening to me. 3 people in the room and they weren’t helpful or even attempting to find a root cause. They told me to come back when I have another vertigo attack and that was it. So the appointment was worthless and a waste of my time/money. Do these doctors consider the fact that this is our money that they are messing with? Maybe they’re more interested in their lunch breaks or going home but why are they in this field if they have no passion to help people? Going to medical school isn’t enough on its own.. you have to actually care about your job and your patients. I actually had a second appointment and i showed up at the wrong location which was whatever. That was on me, but when i called the number to get a hold of them she put me on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up, tried calling again, and then they didn’t even answer. This happened last year, but I figured it’s not too late to share my experience and I haven’t seen a doctor about it since then. I’m still having ear issues. I’ll find another place to go when I work up the courage again. I do not recommend going here.
