The rudest most incompetent staff I’ve ever witnessed in healthcare. Never ever have I been treated so poorly. Medical receptionist did not listen to my needs and scheduled my appointment incorrectly 3 times. When I complained, I was called by the office manager at home and reprimanded for my behavior. Seriously? I went in for a hearing evaluation and wound up getting allergy testing and cpap maintenance. ( which I did not ask for) I went elsewhere and got approved for hearing aids the same day. I’ve had them for over 2 months and today, got another call from Yaishs office to hook me up with a provider so I can get my hearing aids. They should know that I asked for my records to be transferred elsewhere. I just said nope, no longer going through your services. Oddly(?) the new provider said they are getting a lot of transfers from this office for this exact same reason.
Just had my first audiology test to establish a baseline and it was a simple, quick really interesting experience. Katie (the audiologist) was friendly, thorough and VERY knowledgeable. She took time to answer all my questions. Don't need aids yet but plan to revisit every year to stay ahead of any decline. Highly recommend her!
I am a weekly visitor to Dr. Yaish’s clinic in Watertown and am given the best care. Kelly normally does my weekly injections and is so friendly and personable. The office manager Kelsey has been great in making sure I understand the costs and helping me keep my bill up to date.
I have been going to Face and skin clinic for over the past 3 years for sinus and allergy issues. The doctors and staff are amazing! Always helpful and explains the the treatment plans in detail. Highly recommend!
We have had multiple great experiences here. Dr. Yaish performed my septoplasty and it’s been life changing being able to breathe out of my nose and getting less sinus infections. Both of my children have had surgeries and there was a medication issue at the pharmacy and Kelly drove a paper script to another pharmacy for us. All the staff are great, but I’ve gotten to know certain staff members more over the years I’ve been coming weekly, especially Kelsey and Kelly. They are pros at giving allergy shots from my experience.
