I was there today for an X-ray and blood test. Everything was well orchestrated from the moment I walked in! The phlebotomist, Katie, was a blessing with her calming attitude and her work excellence. Who she is and the company she represents says volumes about the quality and care of UPMC!

I had came in with chest pains. I had to stay thoughout the weekend to Monday. I especially want to thank the cleaning and sanitizing staff, very clean hospital. Emily, I want to thank you for cleaning and sanitizing my room, you had left a card that you had cleaned it, and wrote on the card "God bless". That meant the world to me . Thank you. The staff who work here are such kind and caring people. I had a stress test done, and the Dr's are very kind and have a great sense of humor and I love it when they can use it to bring me out of worrying about the test. Their experience is awesome, not just the 2 ladies that did my stress test but EVERYONE that was involved with my care and helping me get well so I can go home . Every single time I come here, I was very please with all the staffs in here. They were very kind and friendly. They helped me with anything and anything. "Never fail yet!" Good vibe here! Highly recommend this place. I like Rachael, the sonographer, she was very sweet and helpful as well.
I had a hospital stay @ West Shore Hospital over this past weekend. I have nothing but good things to say about W.S.H.. I was on the 5 floor,an every single medical personnel I dealt with were absolutely marvelous!!!! Even down to the cleaning ppl,an kitchen servers! Why this hospital only has 2 1/2 stars is beyond me. Yes,the wait in the ER was LONG an frustrating,I was soooo tempted to leave,but glad I stuck it out! THANK YOU everyone! Especially Joe,the nurse I had the last day there. He is absolutely wonderful,,,an good looking too.! 😂
