My first experience was with John’s Hopkins I had open heart surgery and I have to say my doctor saved my life. However in recovery I died twice and the only reason I’m alive today is my wife never left My side and she said the nurse was nowhere to be found. Now when I was moved to Salisbury Md tidal health it was like a dream everyone was so kind and was doing their job. Great Job Tidal Health
I have been cared for at Peninsula Cardiology/now part of Tidal Health Cardiology for over 30 years. From the doctors to the nurses and techs to the receptionists, my care has been outstanding. My doctors, Dr. Manny Nsah, Dr. Pavlos and Dr. Desmarais, have all been exceptionally great physicians, and have saved my life several times. Can not ask for a better Cardiology team!
WOW! Excellent experience from start to end. Very caring, thorough. Dr. Treuth explained everything and very focused. He and whole office staff were so kind and patient focused. Very efficient and great follow up. Special thanks to Jennifer, who got me in quickly. Highly recommend as knowledgeable, efficient, super nice.
I called for an appointment over two weeks ago due to massive chest pains being persistent for several days. They told me that because it had been three years since I was there, that I was a new patient and would have to get a referral from my primary care physician. My PCP called them that very same day and now two weeks later they haven’t heard a word from Tidal/Delmarva Heart even though my PCP has called them multiple times. This is completely unacceptable. When I went three years ago they made me take a stress test that almost killed me. At this point I would go to any other heart doctor in Salisbury rather than these incompetent individuals.
The coumadin clinic needs to take a quantum leap into 2020. They know nothing about at home monitoring systems and refuse to find out or even research anything. They even went as far as to lie and say my insurance would not cover the machine, mind you they never even contacted my insurance for authorization. The coumadin nurse told me it was fraud if they assisted me with getting the machine...lies.... Dr. Rene said I was a great candidate for at home monitoring he even put a note in my file stating such. Yet refused to write the letter of necessity and refused to meet with me to tell me why he changed his mind. I am so grateful that my insurance allowed me to change cardiologist, I wonder how many other people have they have lied to about this just to keep them coming in for biweekly and monthly INR testing?
