All the staff I encountered both in person and on the phone were very kind and caring. My intake was super quick and my surgery went well with no complications.
I was so nervous going in and everyone was so caring and compassionate that I was comfortable in no time. Thank you...you were all wonderful
The PT is wonderful some nurses are ok. Two nurses went through my daughter's belongings while I was in the restroom and found legal gummies. Accused me of using them and I said no I don't take gummies so they called a nursing supervisor so 4 am this morning I had 4 people in my room 2 men 2 women harassing me . They took my daughter's gummies, she left for the night. Now this morning all the nurses are treating me rudely bc the two little girls that were working last night 1 cna 1 nurse. All this is before they burned popcorn in the microwave and we're running around like little kids. Theses terrible ,lying nurses receive no consequences, but I get 4 people telling me and asking me questions trying to intimidate me. Not real cops just security. The nurses are horrible all around anyway
I can not say enough about tidal health surgery center they are absolutely exceptional. The nurses took great care of my boy. They made him feel comfortable and safe and had smiles on there faces the whole time. And thank you to Dr. Dekkard for taking good care of my boy. We are forever grateful. ❤️
Worst hospital experience ever. Not once but twice came here and waited over 4 hours to be looked at.. even when my dad had surgery scheduled at 10 am they did not start until 3. Nobody in this building has a clue about whats going on and cant communicate, so if you’re looking for answers while you’re here for somebody you won’t get any, just a waste of time and a poor excuse for multibillion dollar operation, you would think they can get it together. Take my word for it and find a different hospital that will actually take care of you and communicate to your loved ones.
