1st appointment, the wait time was over an hour long in a freezing cold room in NOVEMBER. 2nd appointment, I came to return equipment, watch some video and go over results, and the MA turned off the video about 5 mins in and said she had deleted all of my results rather than downloading them. She told me I would have to do two nights of sleep study all over again. I drove an hour one way for this appointment - one way. No gas reimbursement offered, of course.

I attended an appointment on a Friday to pick up a sleep ring to do a sleep study at home. Wore the ring two nights, had to take their equipment back on the following Monday. Returned the sleep ring as instructed , they sat me in a room to watch a 10 minute video on YouTube regarding sleep apnea. One of the medical assistants come back in the room told me I have sleep apnea and stop breathing 160 times and gave me a paper saying lincare would contact me regarding a c-pap machine. Never showed me a test, never talked to a doctor. Medical assistant also told me that I need to have two more appointments to be in compliance with insurance. Not only that, they wanted me to pay $50 for returning the equipment and for watching the video. You mean to tell me I paid $50 for the appointment on Friday and never seen a doctor and they wanted $50 on the following Monday to returned the equipment and watch a YouTube video on sleep apnea and never seen a doctor? Something seems really off about this place.

Zero stars. STAY AWAY! They are crooks who only want to sell you their kind of machines. Their billing department is a joke. They charge you for things you already paid for. They dont apply the deductible you paid to the bill. You have to call to get updates on prescriptions because they are so lazy they dont do it. And they prescribe medicine that people shouldn't take due to other conditions. Google affects of Modafinal and adderal on people with underlying heart conditions. You will be horrified. There are much better sleep doctors that care about patient care and not just money. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I had an appointment with my 5yrs old made to see a doctor for her snoring at night. After being seen we were scheduled a night for a sleep study and a follow up. The sleep study was for 12/28/2024 at 8pm. It was very cold and raining and I went with my child standing n the rain pressing the buzzer. The guy that answered said there was no appointment for my daughter. I was soooo livid. So I’m standing in the rain with my kid for fun at this time of night?! Completely unacceptable. Never again would I step foot into somewhere that is unprofessional (woman at front desk when we had our initial appointment was rude) and unorganized like this place.

I received a phone call from a very rude woman that does the scheduling for the sound asleep lab. She said I needed to be seen to get my prescription refill. I was in there in ocorober to get my prescription refilled. So it's been about 45 days and I have to be seen again to get it filled. Well if I didn't have to be seen by someone new everytime. Maybe they would know my medication history. But everytime you go to an appointment there, you are seen by a different doctor or nurse practioneer. I have never been seen by the same person twice. It's always someone new. And they all have a different opinion about my health. So it's like starting over new, ever visit. And she wouldn't let me schedule a televisit. I told her I would like to speak to an office manager or the doctor. And she and hung up on me... I called the office and asked for the office manager and was put on perpetual hold. I'll never go back to this terrible medical center again. They don't care about your health. Go elsewhere if you care about yourself...
