RUN AWAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE. Honestly hated my experience with them. The people who actually helped my sleep study was kind but the payment process after was horrible. The lady who handled the billing was so so so cruel and not empathetic at all! I called to make a payment and she demanded I pay at least 20% (this bill was $1,200. So that would have been $240) I told her I just couldn’t afford that, but I could do $50 a month and would pay more when I could. She kept demanding me to pay that amount and threatened that if I didn’t they would send it to collections immediately. I was literally bawling on the phone because I was so overwhelmed that I was being forced to pay an amount I just couldn’t afford and honestly didn’t know what to do at the time and she didn’t care. She told me I needed to call her and pay her every two weeks. (Remind you they also have a company who does billing for them) the ONLY time that she was ever “kind” to me was when my mother was also on the phone with me. Nothing was more amazing than when I finally paid my bill so I never had to deal with this establishment again. And what a waste of $1200 in my opinion. Nothing came out from it.

I had a wonderful experience. I have ptsd and Jake made me feel relaxed and calm about the whole study. He was patient, kind and very accommodating. Once I told him I did he came up with a plan to make me feel comfortable. I was very nervous walking in. And everything just went better than I could have expected. The facilty was clean and the bed was comfy. I will definitely refer people here. Thanks Jake for a great night of sleep!
Trash, my wife went here for a sleep test, told us to wait for a call about a cpap. That was a year ago still nothing. I call and get no answers but the sure do call me about paying the bill. Sure hold your breath, I'll pay the bill when you do you end of the transaction
