I Came 8 min late because my phone died , did not charge overnight and I cirled around by memory trying to find the place. The front desk stateted, "you are 10 min. late and we have to reschedule appointment.... not very helpfull.... Prior that they called me and rescheduled... zero flexibility, make sure you come 30 min before, to dont give the an excuse.

Waiting for a Dr to come into the patient room for over a half an hour with a TWO YEAR OLD PATIENT. Not practical at all. Then when they come in the room and all the furniture is rearranged and my kid is jumping on the bed screaming, they wanna tell him to get down so he doesn’t get hurt! Ridiculous. This is a pediatric Doctors office!!! They also claimed to have called me to reschedule appointments but I never received a call nor had any missed calls but still due to their “missed calls” they just canceled my son’s appointment that he needed! Honestly becoming more and more disappointed every time I come here.

My son is a four-year-old disabled cancer survivor with a rare condition who has been seen at the Hershey Sleep Center on at least two occasions with no issues. Please note that my wife has stayed overnight with him on both occasions to provide care. For approximately the last 4-6 months, we have been trying to get an appointment, but no one ever reached out to us to schedule. Last week, we found out that Hersey is now not going to see trach patients because, from what I was told, the new leadership of the sleep center decided that they could not support people with trachs. I feel that Hershey Sleep Center is discriminating against my son and others like him because of his condition. What is also concerning is that I believe they avoided contacting us on purpose because of his condition. I suggest that anyone experiencing the same issue file a complaint with patient advocacy. There are multiple other organizations where complaints can be filed, such as The Office of Civil Rights. I plan on contacting the media, and I belong to a legal plan, so I will contact them as well. Also, reviews do really have an impact. I truly believe my son is being discriminated against because of his condition. We have already established that he can attend the sleep center without incident. I insist that Hershey Hospital leadership rethink its decision to discriminate against my son and other trach patients. The hospital has no problem doing the tracheostomy, but the Sleep Center is unwilling to provide the aftercare.

The nurse in charge of me at the time was the best person. Very competent with her job and very pleasant to talk with. However, the doctor didn't do so much for me as to waste my time and took MONTHS to call me back just to tell me that I could lose some weight. So now, I owe an ungodly amount of money AND I still have not been helped. I wasted my time trying to find help here

Negative 20 stars if i could. My mother waited 12 months to try and see them especially after they rescheduled her twice. Her insomnia/circadian rhythm problem she has been dealing with for 5 yrs now. They wasted a yr of her time! When she finally got into the appointment, they gave her the same info she already got from previous dr's. The complete opposite of the term specialist. On top of it all they charged her insurance company $2,000 for a 3 hr visit where she only filled out paperwork. The second visit $1,500 was for 15 mins of telling her the same info. For shame!!!!!
