Disappointing Experience and Communication Issues I had a rather disappointing experience at this sleep disorder clinic. Initially, my appointment was canceled and then rescheduled to a different location that was quite far from my home. Despite this inconvenience, I accommodated the change because my health is important to me. When I arrived, I had to wait over 45 minutes to be seen. Additionally, I noticed that another patient had brought a dog into the clinic, and staff were interacting with the pet, which I found concerning from a hygiene perspective. After the appointment, I took home the sleep study device, but due to inclement weather and work commitments, I couldn’t return it on time. The follow-up voicemail I received was unprofessional and passive-aggressive, placing undue blame on me for the clinic’s scheduling issues. Overall, I believe the clinic needs to improve its communication and time management. As a patient, I shouldn’t be made to feel at fault for their operational shortcomings.

Top notch service! I suffer from sleep issues most of my life that is progressively getting worse. Finally began to address it. I found it well worth the drive from Wilmington to Southern Delaware for the next available appointment. Special thanks to Ron for his compassion and care and non-stop work throughout the night dealing with me pulling wires out in my sleep and waking me up when I stopped breathing because of apnea. Highly recommend this practice!

Awful. Don’t waste your time. I did a sleep study and had a follow up. So far so good. I was told I needed a sleep machine and I would get a call. It’s been over a month, no call. I follow up and I am told it’s in progress. I follow up again and no one answers the phone despite numerous messages. I called the place they put the order through and they had never received the order. Very bad experience, very unorganized and very unprofessional.

A sleep study is not something you look forward to. This center made the event as pleasant and comfortable as possible. I even slept! Quality bedding. They think of everything you might need. My tech, Laurie, was a gem. She has the perfect personality for this work. Very calming, professional and answered all my questions. To the owners, what would be helpful is more signage and lights on the road and bld. Clients come and go in the dark. When you are awakened at 5am and have to drive home, really need some food and beverages, orange juice, banana and coffee would go a long way.

No patient care standards. Spoke with a different doctor/PA three different times. No continuation of prior recommendations. Long Neck was disorganized from the front desk to supplies. This is a money making operation with no regard for patient care. I have a medical background and am a good judge at care standards. Multiple texts asking for sign in after I was signed in. The worst care my husband has received in 45 years from any testing center.
