Never again. This place is the worst place to go with, especially if you have kids. Dr. Kaplan his a sweetheart, but when it comes to schedule appointments and the time it takes for them to see you, it's horrible. My daughter is 11yo I chose this place since I'm from this area. 1st appt i was early and arrived 15 mins before appt. We waited for 2 hrs just to see the doctor, and that's because I even complained. 2nd visit was to read the results as a quick follow-up. My appt was at 10:40 am. I've been here in the lobby going on 2 hours and 30 mins. I told them I got here 10 mins before to be seen on time, but like always, they stated the doctor was running late. 6 people arrive after me at different times, and yet they go in and out quickly. I complained, and they said they needed a clean room for me. Waited 20 mins, and yet no one has called me in, complained again, and they stated that the computers were down. Staff was leaving for lunch, and yet I was still waiting. This place does not care if ur private pay or not they should respect the customers' appointment time.
Dr. Kaplan has been My doctor for several years. He is very professional and has taken the time to hear my concerns. I've learned to control my asthma with his treatments and recommendations. The office staff is very nice and yes, you have the occasional wait times.
My husband had an appointment with Dr. Gomez at the Pulmonary Sleep Center this week. I was very impressed with Dr. Gomez’s kindness and humility. He took time to explain what was happening. Several tests were done while we were there with immediate results. The office was very bright and clean. I felt Dr. Gomez was very knowledgeable, and I felt extremely comfortable with his care of my husband. Thank you so much! Also, they have a gorgeous fish tank in the lobby. We enjoyed watching the fish.
