Place is an absolute joke to get in contact with. Nurse practitioner office phones don’t work, they were supposed to call me to schedule an ultrasound, but with my condition being a concern I called them. They give me a 1-800 number to call as they apparently have an outside company schedule their appts now. That phone number automatically hangs up before it can even go through the options menu. If it weren’t for having a personal relationship with the office manager we wouldn’t be getting any care at all.
Staff does a lot of gossiping about drs in front of patient. Very unprofessional. I was there for a stress test. Found my technician to be very indifferent towards me. In fact she was one doing most of gossiping,
I personally go to Dr. Ashley Young in vassar mi. At first she was all business and very uncertain of how to conduct herself with me personally. As time has gone on, she has warmed up to her patients. She now has a personal interest in each of her patients health. She seems to be willing to trying every resource she has to try to improve her patients health. She seems to have found her place in her patients lives , for the best interest of their health .
I had to come to McLaren hospital for x-rays. It was the best experience in the patient processing I’ve ever had . My paperwork wasn’t exactly in order and an extremely helpful gal named Heather went above and beyond to make sure I got taken care of and received the proper authorizations. She is an asset to your Hospital with her kindness and knowledge of her job. Just because of her anything I need done in the future I will be coming back. Thank you again Heather you made my day!
I'd give it zero stars if I could. Every time we go in there they are useless and rude. No bedside manner and decided to laugh at us this time then they tried make it better by offering my 3 year old a teddy bear that we never received. My husband would say something and they would ignore him and then I would say it and they would listen. We are both the parent they need to listen to both. Will be using Hills and Dales hospital in Cass City for my future hospital needs.
