I wouldn’t advise any using this practice. The provider had lackluster bedside manner. Pretty much told me I didn’t have sleep apnea, to stop drinking coffee before bed, and lose weight. The one night I did the at home sleep study was the first night in a while I didn’t sleep poorly. In the 5 hours I was asleep I stopped breathing 4.5 times and it’s evidently only an issue if it’s 5 or more. Considering that night was abnormal for me, I’m curious if I slept the normal amount if I would have the same results. Evidently one nights enough to determine that someone doesn’t have sleep apnea. She didn’t address any of the initial concerns I had our initial appointment. As I said initially, I wouldn’t recommend this facility or its providers.

Here to lower that review score a little more. Everything went fine with getting started with my sleep study and recieving my initial equipment in 2024. Then I never recieved replacement supplies despite leaving multiple voice messages, text messages, and messages on the portal. No one ever got back to me so I've been using the same supplies since July 2024 (now Feb. 2025). I wanted to cancel my final appontment but, again, I could not get in contact with anyone over the phone and their online portal does not work for canceling appointments because my provider was not available in the dropdown. Please heed this and other reviews- there are better providers out there for sleep apnea related care. I switched to a telehealth provider called Dreem and the experience has been much better- someone replies to message within 24 hours.

I can only speak on the actual sleep study. Tech guy Brenan , super good guy. Room was clean, quiet. Nobody likes to be hooked up to a bunch of wires, but the actual sleep study experience ,only was good. Oh and the call center a bit hard to get a hold of someone but they were very helpful just think they need a local streamline. So far no real issues I guess that’s a plus.

Very difficult to get a hold of anyone. Started process in October and spoke to doctor in mid November. Called a few times in 1st week of a December and told to wait another week. Called a week later than they told me to call another place handling my equipment called First Choice. They never heard of me. Called back and then told to call Dynamic Health which is another equipment company. Never heard of me. Called back Delaware Sleep and put on hold on 12/22. No one would pick me up even trying to get a manager. On hold again for 20 minutes and drove to the office and finally got someone in front of me. She couldn’t give me any advice either. 12/28 texted them again no help so I called the equipment company which they said they got the order in 12/22 which was the day I complained. No one bothered to call me. Now Dynamic is telling me I have to wait until they call me back. No idea when I will have the equipment. What a nightmare on all fronts. Good luck to anyone who uses them.
