my doctor referred me to bryan for my sleep test and they wanted $900. That just was not something I could do and I called around and somnos was $300. If you get sent to bryan ask for somnos!

People are nice to work with and RT is very helpful but it is nearly impossible to get in during their hours since I work M-F. No week night or weekend hours mean I have to take time off work to make the trip to their location.

Threatened to send me to collections today over a $78 bill that they've never contacted me about. The person on the phone asserts that they've called me and left several voicemails personally, but I checked my phone bill, and today was the first time that number has called my phone. I'm not living at the address that they've been sending statements to, but I've got address forwarding. I haven't received any statements from Somnos. I wanted to schedule payment for the next time I get paid, in 5 days. I was told that if I didn't pay today, it would get sent to collections. First time anybody has talked to me about this, and they're threatening collections over $78. If a business is that hard-up for cash, they probably shouldn't be running in the first place. I was also diagnosed with sleep apnea without having sleep apnea. So I'd take their medical advice with a pound of salt. Avoid this business, avoid their staff, go somewhere else for your diagnosis and materials. I'll admit that I was excessively unpleasant to the person on the phone, but I kinda feel like they deserved it. I don't appreciate extortion.

All aspects of Somnos are great. They can set you up with nice equipment and fulfill new consumables and educate you on what is needed and help fit you for a mask or pillows that work better. Educate you on traveling with a CPAP. My night time experience is great with what I have.

Update: Somnos contacted me after leaving the review, explained a few things and apologized for the missed phone calls. I appreciate the response. OP: They were great during my study and after it was over. Since then, I've been getting billed for much more than I thought I would be. When asked about it they put it back on me instead of helping explain the insurance. I'm not getting my invoices in a timely manner. I was reminded of my first order when it was ready, but haven't received any more filters or replacement items since. When I call at 4:45 to pay my bill the phone gets ignored then eventually goes to voice-mail. Today I tried at 11:30 and still cannot get an answer. So I don't know how much I'm going to owe, I don't get my supplies, I'm invoiced late and I can't pay my bill. Friendly in person, but really not very professional at all. I feel like I'm bothering them.
