Took 3 months to get an appointment. Then told it would take 2 weeks to get a prior authorization, they had old insurance information so had to restart the 2 week process again. It’s now 32 days after my initial appointment and still no word on the prior authorization. So far every time I call (4 times total) nobody answers and I have to wait for a call back.
They are wonderful friendly people and definitely get the job done.
its rare when someone actually answeres the phone . been trying to contact them a few times today and it goes to voicemail. They are nice though. But they do need to work on answering their phone .
If you don't care if anyone ever answers the phone and you don;t mind playing phone tag with them. Go here. After all they are such a small office and with only a few people working it is so hard to answer the phone. A;son their fees are so low (ha ha ha) that it is so hard to answer the phone.
