I am a person that strongly dislikes the medical community. This hospital exceeded every expectation. They were wonderful for my granddaughter. They took into account we came from out of state and got all if the testing done quickly in one day. Every employee that we had contact with from the employees in the cafeteria to the physician was terrific!
Dr. Sewell with ENT is fabulous! Not only is he great, but the team in the clinic is too. My kiddo had to have a procedure done that was unplanned in the clinic and they were quick to get the medication for his ear, made sure that he was comfortable during it while allowing me to stay close to him for it, and they were gentle and kind. I cannot say enough great things about them!
They’re just a fantastic establishment & group of medical professionals. I really don’t have a single bad thing to say about our experience. We come to children’s for everyyyyything and this was our first time at this location and it was right on par with all of the other great ones. Thanks for taking care of my boy so well🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
It was a hectic morning for us and we were running late. We drove 2.5 hours one way. ENT was so wonderful to still see us even though we were late. Also coordinated with pulmonary that day. We received lots of information and some answers that we’ve been hoping for, for a year. So glad we came. This has been a blessing as it has been a long year with our little one and several sleepless nights. Thank you!
We had a great experience with Ortho! My son felt comfortable and well cared for. He is 10 years old and able to ask his own questions and express his own concerns. Every single staff member asked HIM if HE had any questions or concerns that weren’t addressed, even before they asked myself. We had our appointment on Halloween, so staff being dressed up made things so much more fun and relaxed for my son. He had “Utility Barbie” come in to remove his cast. He had a nurse that was dressed as if she were on a safari. Then he had “Workout Barbie” come in to recast him. It was fun! The gal in the lab was terrific with my scared kiddo as well. She made things very easy for him. Thank you all for the support all of you gave him yesterday.
