I called and the female who answered my call was talking about her lack of sleep with her other coworker. Saying since she works a lot of hours and when she noticed I was on the line, she placed me on hold without letting me know. Then after a few seconds I was able to hear her and then she placed me on hold instantly and then hung up. This happened today. To whoever the doctor is, your staff lost a patient.
I have been calling multiple times a day for a few days to confirm an appointment that was scheduled by my doctor. I have not once been able to reach a single person. How is a person supposed to schedule or ask questions if no one answers the phone? So far I don’t have high hopes for a place that can’t bother to answer the phone. So far the customer service has been extremely disappointing
Ok here is the reality. Staff is nice. When you do the sleep study..they will cover your entire body with wires …not a joke hundreds of wires will be draped over your body with patches all over your entire body from head to toe. My colonoscopy was more comfortable than this…it’s a nightmare. The second sleep study I thought was only going to be with the Cpap machine…nope the lady explains it’s gonna be with the wires also from head to toe …I said I couldn’t do it. Refunds are 30 days …yep 30 days to get your refund if you decide not do go through with the sleep study. The rooms and cameras are frozen in time from the 1940’s …the resmed machines are very old don’t even have the capability of reducing exhalation pressure or auto sensing capabilities. Sorry, when they told me I had to wait 30 days for my refund I just had to say it how it was.
The sleep lab itself is adequate for studies, and the sleep tech staff were nice. They office staff have been a headache to deal with, the times I have called I have been mistaken for someone else, given inaccurate information, or given the cold shoulder with an attitude of "don't call use, we'll call you". When asked to speak to a supervisor they said I don't think I can do that. Very disappointed with the customer service aspect.
Adriana is the best. She worked with my work schedule for my sleep studies and when I go in for my consultations she always greets everyone by their name. She makes everyone feel welcomed and even when she’s in there doing 3 things at once, she always gets everything done with a great attitude. Highly recommend this office.
