Great place for physical therapy. Therapists are friendly and knowledgeable . They give you a printed sheet of exercises to continue your therapy at home. I’ve had the occasion to use them twice and would definitely go back there for any therapy I needed.
I will forever be grateful for the caring and dedication of Hills & Dales Center for Rehabilitation. My team has created a plan very specific for my individual needs. I recommend Kayla for therapy. She does an amazing job of relaxing muscles, loosening up the joints and giving stretches to improve movement, as well as strength training and at home exercises that will give you the best chance for improvement. I am extremely happy with the progress I am making.
I highly recommend Hills and Dales Center for Rehabilitation. Nikki and Kayla assessed and treated my adhesive capsulitis (aka Frozen Shoulder), my pain is gone and my mobility greatly improved! I have complete confidence in the care, knowledge and expertise of the practitioners and staff.
I had weakness, numbness, and tingling in my left arm. My entire experience at the Caro Hills & Dales Rehabilitation/Physical Therapy location on Cleaver Road was definitely a positive experience. From the front desk staff to the other friendly staff that make you feel at home and comfortable. Kristin Hoard PT was my Physical Therapist and worked with me in depth. She gave me exercises to do to strengthen my arm and release any pinched nerve damage as well as possible rotator cuff strengthening exercises and guidance. I would recommend physical therapy at Hills & Dales Caro location to anyone who may be experiencing pain of many types, especially as we age and we may need to strengthen certain areas of the body. i spent over 2 and half years in physical therapy with this group of awesome people. professional yet friendly and caring. excellent care, very thorough with investigating every aspect of your condition so that they can better help you in your unique situation. They changed my life and gave me the inspiration that i needed to work hard and be stronger and better than anyone else thought i could. special thanks to Michelle and Steve for all their 'above and beyond' help that they gave me. not to short the rest of the staff, because they are ALL awesome.
