Best hospital in the thumb for what you get around this area!!! I’ve had nothing but good experiences with the doctors nurses and staff! They have ALWAYS made sure to be thorough with my care. While the countless times I’ve went to scheurer hospital in pigeon would just neglect my issues and tell me “it’s nothing to worry about” I’d always end up at hills and dales to find out that it has always been something happening I went to scheurer on multiple occasions I’ll start from the beginning so the first time was I was passing massive blood clots the size of a small number 2 and in pigeon the er doctor neglected to look at my pictures I took and told me it was nothing to worry about and to go home didn’t even give me anything to at least calm the pain so I went to hills and dales who was very thorough and did a pelvic exam and had shipped me out to another hospital because of the concern they thought my ovary could have been twisted. Then I saw scheurer for really bad chest pains dizziness shortness of breath to be told by Mr. Dan Drake the emergency departments doctor that was there at the time that it was nothing to worry about and my PCP at the time that was a scheurer provider that “it’d go away in a week and it was nothing to worry about” so I went to hills and dales where the Emergency Doctor there told me I needed to be seen by a cardiologist. Time goes on I have multiple test done and come to find out two out of your four heart valves have regurgitation. But scheurer tried telling me “you just have anxiety” mhm try harder next time on neglecting someone. Didn’t work on me. Now I only ever go to hills and dales unless I’m in a situation and can’t. So moral of the story regardless of how you feel don’t waste your time money or insurances money going to Scheurer Hospital in pigeon because not only is there emergency doctors neglectful there Emergency Departments nurses are rude and act like the only reason they are there is for there paycheck. I’ve NEVER had treatment like that at hills and dales they are all wonderful people who really do care about your situation and problems they listen to you. Unlike Scheurer in Pigeon who have told me “it isn’t a medical emergency” and who have always been neglectful to me. I appreciate hills and dales staff and providers who listen and take the time to understand what is going on and who care to help you get the help you need. I really hope this hospital never loses site of what really matters and that’s giving the best care they can with the resources they have! I appreciate you!

I love the hospital. The problem is the billing department, since becoming aspire. They took me off payment plan, that i was paying. Set up this help thing. Now charging me what help did not pay. But help is charging me that. So I am paying more, then I would if they would have accepted 50$ per month. You can never get hold of so.eo e, leave message. If you do get so.eo e they do t k pw what is going on. So I have 3 bills now. Help aspire and what hills and dales says I owe, which they would not tell me what it was for. On top of that they have been putting .y sons stuff on my account t he is 26, supposedly they fixed it, but he is yet to get a bill from. Them, I told them se d it to me last month. The first charge is from. Few months ago. Can't get a bill so he can make arrangements , I dont trust them not to just send him to collections, with never billing him. They need to get it together,This is just hurting people.

I have a few doctors I see here and had a stomach operation recently which was super successful! These doctors and nurses are all brilliant, caring, sweet and highly educated as well as the awesome friendly staff like the friendly and helpful secretaries on hand! I'm very happy whenever I'm here!

When you take someone in that is bleeding and they put you in a room with nothing in it and you wait over an hour and not one single nurse comes to check on you. They put all this money into all these clinics and rapid cares that they now can't keep their hospital running decent. If you have a true emergency I wouldn't recommend this hospital.

Jennifer Jones N.P. at Hills & Dales Family Medicine is an amazing primary care physician. She has helped me navigate a number of chronic health conditions. She is kind and intelligent. She has wonderful communication skills and listens to her patients. The staff is always top notch and friendly. I can't say enough good things. Highly recommend.
