I am thoroughly disappointed in this practice. I left them about a year or so ago because it was impossible to get ahold of people, from the doctor to the individuals working the phone. I was dissapointed in the quality of services as well-the very first practitioner telling me if I had narcolepsy then there wouldn’t be much they could do for me, to the next doctor being impossible to get ahold of for refills resulting in me going without needed meds. I switched to CNMRI and unfortunately the practice recently closed and my doctor transferred to….. The Delaware sleep disorder center. So now I’ve called and left voicemails to schedule with my doctor and it’s sad I’m running into the same issues. I cannot get ahold of anyone on the phone, even after leaving a message. I texted the number on the website and that’s the only way I’ve been able to get ahold of someone. Very disappointed.
Horrible!! The people who answer the phones and I spoke to three today and wasted an hour of my life with no appointment scheduled . They speak over you, don’t listen to the purpose of the call, and ask the same thing over and over again.
They never answer their phones and so far I have not been especially happy with the doctors I’ve seen. The first doctor I saw at intake was rude and very dismissive when I described to her a fluoroquinolone-induced injury. Dr Lambert is good.
My Dr. was lovely but their practice process is absolutely chaotic. Getting me started on consult & then equipment was so smooth; after that it is literally impossible to get any call back or a follow up or to even reach the office because it will direct you to their call center which is not in the US - gives you hope by adding you to a text messaging service but never actually call you back. I also had some back & forth on giving my card to get an autopayment started but was getting different answers (I went in the office at one point and if I try to even explain my grievances on issues with getting in touch for visits or autopayment, i’m met with an attitude and told it was never setup and that they did set me up but when I talk to another person in line from their call center to make that payment in office, they did NOT have it setup). I tried to get a payment started last year and in the middle of the morning I get a call saying the payment needs to start today so I stop what i’m doing in a busy middle of the morning in my work office THEN lo and behold, the person on the line gets disconnected then later leaves me a message saying there’s a problem with their phones and will try again later. I do not hear back from them for a long time since I had other health visits to take care of, now they are trying to charge me for something half-assed done. Mind you, I never got to go over my results from the first 3 months of study. It’s so easy to bill me but nobody is actually reachable for anything else. Though their text reminder to remind me of my payment is so consistent. I’m mostly on top of a lot of my appointments, I never had issues with other practices like this — this practice made me give up on ever doing a sleep study through them ever again.. I no longer have the energy nor hope to talk to anyone there after all of this.. I am still having sleep issues. It is so infuriating!!!
They had given me three cpap suppliers: 1. Adapthealth: nightmare billing. Asking for $600 for one year cpap supplies, while having two insurances. Supply shipment dates on the bills were not even correct. 2. This office: 3 shipment from 2023-2024. Then transfer to a new supplier without consent and advances notice. 3. No shipment in 9 month. Don’t have a chance to know their name. This medical provider feels like a scam now.
